An Analysis on Adolf Hitler¡¯s Painting in Terms of Alfred Adler's Theory of Psychology

Abstract
The this study is analyze and interpret Adolf Hitler¡¯s paintings by employing Alfred Adler's theory. This analysis focuses on the color and composition of Hitler¡¯s painting. The painting analysis is to the flower painting 5. The analysis of Hitler¡¯s psychology discussed to the nurturing attitude of parent and inferiority complex, frustration of artist¡¯s dream and complex striving for superiority, dictator(massacrer) Hitler and degree of activity of social interest. The inferiority of Hitler is interpret about spoiled inferiority and neglected inferiority. The complex striving for superiority analyzed the psychology of frustration by failure of artist¡¯s ambition. The degree of activity of social interest interpreted about the ruling type, getting type, avoiding type, and absence to community feeling. The painting of Hitler was described the psychological trauma by parents and frustration of ambition. The painting of Hitler were latent to the negative emotion of unconscious. His pictures show the inferiority feeling, failure feeling, frustration, loneliness, dictatorship, violence, and brutality. The painting of Hitler was described to latent the self-realization, ambivalence, reality and ambition, frustration and accomplishment, inferiority feeling and complex striving for superiority, dependence and protection, avoidance and getting, and psychology of violence and dictator.
